Al Spagnolo co-founded SGA in 1991. He is President of this respected architectural practice and he provides leadership and guides decisions on the firm’s significant urban, commercial, life science and higher education commissions. Al is Partner-in-Charge of 50+60 Binney Street, a dramatic 900,000 SF mixed-use tower in Kendall Square for Alexandria Real Estate Equities; L Street Station, a 2.1M SF revitalization of a former power plant in South Boston for Hilco Global Real Estate; Clarks at 1265 Main, a 170,000 SF adaptive re-use of a former Polaroid building, for Boston Properties; Linx, a 185,000 SF contemporary office building that caters to tech and life science tenants, for Boylston Properties, and 287 Park Ave South, a 121,059 SF classical revival building, for CL Investment Group.
