An experienced project manager, Jessica plays a key dual role: ensuring each project is technically sound and that the design vision is carried through construction. Since joining SGA in 2018, Jessica has led a range of commercial, life science, and industrial projects—including renovations, tenant fit-outs, and core and shell developments—managing multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction. Her strength lies in aligning client goals with well-structured project delivery processes that emphasize clarity, coordination, and accountability.
Prior to SGA, Jessica spent three years as a Project Manager at SMRT Inc. in Andover, Massachusetts, and twelve years as a Project Architect at Baker Barrios Architects in Orlando, Florida. In both roles, she managed complex projects from programming through construction administration, developing a broad base of technical and client-facing expertise.
With over 25 years of experience, Jessica has delivered projects across higher education, mixed-use, hospitality, senior living, and life science markets. She is increasingly focused on bringing that expertise to the affordable housing sector—particularly initiatives that serve low-income, workforce, and senior populations. Through advocacy and practice, she is committed to advancing equitable, community-oriented solutions within the built environment.
Jessica is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Florida, and Maine. She received an MBA, a Master of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Norwich University in Vermont. Her passion for community-focused design extends beyond the office as well; Jessica serves on the Andover Center for History & Culture’s Board of Directors and is an active member of the Andover Preservation Commission. When not leading change-making teams, Jessica reads, rides her bicycle, gardens, explores new restaurants, and has been known to enjoy a well-crafted cocktail (or two).
