Who We Are

Megan Dunn, NCARB

Project Designer

Every sector appeals to Megan, who thrives on variety and the opportunity to hone her skills across different facets of architecture. She is especially interested in incorporating augmented reality into the building process.

Megan loves to visit renovation sites right after demolition, when the aromas of fresh plaster and spackle fill the air, and it’s time to begin the transition from design to construction. These events represent the highlights of each project she works on, whether it’s a lab facility, a residential development, or historic preservation.

Before joining SGA, Megan served for nearly three years as an architectural designer at Fennick McCredie Architecture, where she completed several high-profile transportation and office commissions. Previously, she worked as an intern architect at DW Arthur, where she gained experience in project management for renovations of childcare centers and for commercial fit-outs.

Megan earned the degrees of Master of Architecture from Boston Architectural College and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Lesley University College of Art & Design, where she majored in animation. Outside of the office, she enjoys seeing films, concerts, and art exhibitions; spending time outdoors; and coddling her two cats, River and Wesley.
