shaping the future cubist pharmaceuticals The building functions include a blend of chemistry and biology lab/offices as well as an expanded ground floor vivarium. premier office reservoir woods Reservoir Woods is the renovation of Polaroid’s 1968 manufacturing plant into a Premier Class “A” office building located at 920 Winter Street in Waltham, MA. The program includes a 41,000 SF central lobby and amenity center which includes entries into the individual wings. seeing is believing axis communications As the world’s leading expert in network video, Axis Communications’ new US headquarters is comprised of two primary space types: an open, collaborative office zone for their internal team and an executive business center for visitors and clients. Collaborative “fire side chat” zones pop with sculptural lighting and bright furnishings while accent paint on carpet tiles become a life size measurement device for testing equipment. campus connections wentworth institute of technology, flanagan campus center at beatty hall The Flanagan Campus Center at Beatty Hall includes the construction of approximately 12,000 gsf of new building space in order to expand and renovate the dining commons, kitchen and servery as well as renovate approximately 40,000 gsf for the radio station, fitness center, bookstore and student activities offices.
