101 South provides an open, column-free floor plate and high ceilings to accommodate complex scientific processes carefully integrated with ancillary workspace. The design promotes scalability, and allows tenants to expand or contract in response to market and organizational trends.

Each suite maintains access to a flexible, multi-tenant shaft space for chemical piping and exhaust systems; each floor offers designated facilities to accommodate the wide range of chemical storage class levels. 

Architects have employed a unitized curtain wall panel system that has been designed for a time-efficient, cost-effective construction-to-market schedule. A modern lobby and ground floor retail space provides employees with an expressive offering and unique design elements that establish an approachable transition between public and private space.
