SGA is an expert in designing and understanding the needs for a flexible lab, life science, and office building core and shell design. The building provides an open, high-ceiling, column-free floor plate, and accessible and flexible multi-tenant shaft space for chemical piping and exhaust systems.
The first floor and upper floors have areas designated for different chemical storage class levels, and a unitized curtain wall panel system was designed for a fast and cost-effective construction-to-market schedule.
