SGA designed a new three-story, state-of-the-art communications building. The 20,000-square-foot facility houses the WSHU Public Radio Group and the institution’s public safety department.

Delivered on a design-build contract with Gilbane Building Company, this project offers real- time cost and design-options feedback to assure cost and schedule predictability.
The 13,000-square-foot building sits on a piazza-style courtyard adjacent to student center services. The building includes basic student health services, counseling, wellness, meditation, and nutrition, uniting what were disparate programs into one-stop for student health.
The LEED Silver building is capped with a glass atrium drawing in maximum sunlight.
