Kerby thrives on the variety of his responsibilities, which differ from day to day. Generally, he works closely with project managers to evaluate estimates and check bills, and he cultivates and maintains relationships with clients and consultants. Accuracy and responsiveness are his hallmarks. In carrying out his duties, he adheres to the motto: “Good, Better, Best. Never let it rest until your good is better and your better best!”
Before joining SGA, Kerby served for nearly four years as an accounts payable associate for Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham. There he supervised the billing process for all incoming invoices and he managed relationships with vendors.
Kerby earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in sports marketing from Suffolk University. He hopes to attain an advanced professional certification in accounting or business in the coming years.
Outside of the office Kerby works out at a gym, coaches a men’s basketball team, watches football, teaches a bible study course at his church, and spends time with his family and his son Joziah.
