Di has a wide range of responsibilities with one constant theme: collaboration. He works closely with his colleagues on schematic design, design development, modeling, and coordination with project teams. What he enjoys the most about his role is the daily exchange of ideas, which he says is “inspiring” and “refreshing.”
At SGA Di focuses primarily on labs and offices, but he also has a strong background in the residential sector. Previously, he served as an architectural designer at Space 4 Architecture in New York City, where he worked mainly on interiors and renovations of single-family homes.
Di earned a Master of Science degree in advanced architectural design from Columbia University. In his spare time, he cooks Italian and Asian food for friends, dines out at city restaurants, or explores nature by kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking. He also likes to travel; favorite destinations include Japan, Mexico, and the Netherlands.
