Redevelopment project will revitalize a 15-acre former industrial site at the gateway to South Boston.
The design reimagines historic brick power plant buildings into local retail, food market, and innovation economy use.
Nearly two million square feet of residential use with over a thousand residential units is planned, helping to create a thriving mixed-use district.
The project will create active ground floor retail uses, places for outdoor dining, bicycle and pedestrian-oriented publicly accessible open spaces, and active streetscape.
The project will completely revitalize the waterfront site and reintegrate the 15 acres of former industrial land into the thriving South Boston neighborhood.
