FORUM
as part of the 1.15-acre Life Sciences development on the Boston Landing campus in Allston/Brighton, MA.
FORUM contributes to Boston Landing’s diverse mix of uses and strengthen Allston/Brighton’s emerging life sciences cluster. As one of the last sites developed as part of the master plan, the project help complete the vision for Boston Landing as a transformative urban mixed-use environment in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood.
The nine-story structure is comprised of 320,000-square-feet of office and lab space, along with a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground floor and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.
