SGA’s adaptive re-use of a former Polaroid building boasts a fully branded and centrally located glass jewel box entry that connects all floors of the facility.
The integrated 1265 Main shopping experience offers a variety of unique amenities, restaurants, and retail stores which are easily accessible for employees and guests.

SGA collaborated with Stantec on the project; SGA was the core and shell architect with lead responsibility for the building exterior, and Stantec had lead responsibility for the interiors.

The design team re-purposed the existing framework of the building through the effective re-use of its infrastructure and the incorporation of large industrial size windows installed within each bay.
This iconic building features a 50,000-square-foot parking facility on the first floor, and 120,000 square feet of workspace on the second and third floors.
