SGA ARCHITECTURE, INTERIOR DESIGN, AND BRANDED ENVIRONMENTS TEAMS TRANFORMED THE FACADE, ENTRY SEQUENCE AND LOBBY AT
99 HIGH STREET
, A 32-FLOOR BUILDING IN THE HEART OF BOSTON’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT.
Originally designed in 1971 by Pietro Belluschi and Emery Roth & Sons, the new design incorporates a relocated corner entry featuring a double-height glass façade.
Guests and tenants will enjoy a distinctive lobby experience that incorporates natural materials and organic elements, all of which serves as an extension of the nearby greenway.
The design also features a refreshed “99” logo to be incorporated in signage elements as well as promotional collateral for the building.
