Originally designed in 1971 by Pietro Belluschi and Emery Roth & Sons, the new design incorporates a relocated corner entry featuring a double-height glass façade.

Guests and tenants will enjoy a distinctive lobby experience that incorporates natural materials and organic elements, all of which serves as an extension of the nearby greenway.

The design also features a refreshed “99” logo to be incorporated in signage elements as well as promotional collateral for the building.
