Redgate’s 7,800 SF Boston office at 100 Federal Street is centered around creating a workplace that reflects the company’s brand while giving its team places to come together, focus, and connect.
A primary design priority was a dedicated gathering space for all-hands meetings and employee events. Designed to be comfortable and flexible, the space can shift easily between company-wide gatherings, informal interaction, and everyday use rather than functioning solely as a traditional meeting or event room.
The workplace also incorporates a range of meeting settings, including a series of focus and huddle rooms that support everything from heads-down work to quick one-on-one conversations and small-group collaboration. A mix of open workstations and private offices is enhanced by these more intimate settings, making it easy to find the right environment to support the work at hand throughout the day. Redgate’s brand is expressed through the character and visual language of the interiors, with a warm palette, varied lighting, and natural elements creating a comfortable, welcoming environment.
